First time being seen by Dr Kommu. Very warm welcome and immediately felt at ease where I was given time to explain the reason for my visit. Dr K listened carefully and asked all the appropriate questions, he then explained that he needed to examine me and asked if I required a chaperone. Examination took place, all the time Dr K was explaining what he was looking for and telling me that making this appointment was the right thing to do and what subsequent action needed to take place. Explained to me what was going to happen next clearly and reassuringly. Very positive experience.

Tremendously impressed following my first-time consultation with Dr Kommu at Bloxham Surgery. Found him to be extremely personable with great communication skills. No feelings of being rushed – Dr Kommu took time to fully understand my issues. Will request all future appointments with him.

Dr Kommu listened to my problems and explained why he thought I was having problems with Meniere's Disease. He identified that my eustachian tube was a bit dysfunctional and explained how to do a procedure every day that would help with that. He also prescribed a new drug for me that would help when I'm spinning. He reassured me that a basal carcinoma on my ear was not going to cause me a problem as I am on a long waiting list to have it removed. As my cholestrol level has come back rather high he persuaded me to take a statin.

Very impressed after seeing Dr Kommu at an out of hours GP clinic for my son with a suspected ear infection and high temps. Dr was very calming and great with my baby. He checked all possibilities for temperatures and explained everything he was doing before deciding the temps was indeed from an ear infection. He did not cut any corners and went above and beyond to put my baby and I at ease. We did not feel rushed and he really spent the time to be a wonderful dr. We left with diagnosis advice and medicine. He even went the extra mile to help my son with the first dose so that he could get the medicine working as soon as possible. I feel incredibly safe and confident my baby was getting the very best care!

We visited him because of my son. He listed to me and explain everything to me. He emphasise with my son and speak whit him. He checked everything and look at his history as well. I was very happy with him and he won the trust of my son
